Deadline for abstract submissions
The abstract submission is closed. This is the deadline for submitting or editing your abstracts.
The submission platform will be shut off. Until this date you can submit abstracts or adapt already submitted abstracts.

Reviewing phase
Immediately after the submission is completed, the abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Details for authors
All authors will receive a feedback report on their submission by the end of June indicating whether their abstract has been accepted by the jury and in which format or session it can be presented.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- The topic must be relevant to the areas covered by the conference or the usual investigation fields of the SSCC or SSAI.
- Abstracts need to be submitted and presented in English.
- Please pay attention to correct spelling, as there will be no subsequent proof-reading/corrections. The abstract will be published exactly as submitted.
- The abstract text body is limited to 2500 characters (about 300 words, including spaces).
- Please provide three to seven key words at the bottom of the abstract.
- Abstracts that have already been presented at other congresses within the last 18 months except former SSCC or SSAI congresses may be submitted. However, please mention this in the submission.
- Standard abbreviations are accepted in the text. Unusual abbreviations must be explained in brackets when the word first appears. Do not use abbreviations in the title.
- The presenting author is requested to provide his full mailing address (including e-mail address) for all correspondence.
- Submitted abstracts will be evaluated and selected by the scientific committee for contribution.
- The scientific committee will allocate selected abstracts for either oral communication or presentation as a poster.
- The decision of the scientific committee regarding the selection of the abstract will be communicated to the authors by End of June 2026. Organizational details will reach the authors in due course.
- Authors, whose abstracts are accepted for presentation, must register for the congress and pay the registration fee.
